The board of directors is made up :

• of the whole members composing the college's founding members
  • A regional personality
  • The Prefect of the Region or his representative
  • The Rector of the Nancy-Metz Academy or his representative
  • The President of the Regional Council of Lorraine or his representative
  • The Chairman of the Committee responsible for Cultural Affairs of the Regional Council or his representative
  • The Chairmen of County Councils of Meurthe-et-Moselle, Meuse, Moselle and Vosges or their representatives
• of one or two personalities co-opted by the latter
• of 3 members elected among active members for 3 years, renewable by third party without being able to hold more than 2 successive terms
